Context
Which profession, organization or practice is being studied?
A journal for applied intelligence
An interdisciplinary open-access journal for investigating, assessing and discussing the applications, limits and responsibilities of AI in professional, organizational and institutional contexts.
A journal with one clear rule
We publish evidence on how intelligent systems reshape decisions, services, knowledge and professional work.
We assess rigour, impact, limits, governance and real adoption conditions—not technology novelty alone.
Scope compass
A manuscript need not address every dimension equally, but it must show a clear connection between AI and a relevant professional issue.

Editorial rules should not be a hard-to-find document. Here they are organized by audience, stage of the process and responsibility.
Instructions, authorship, AI use, data, ethics, conflicts, licence and required declarations.
Double-blind review, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, AI use and review criteria.
Decision criteria, recusals, integrity, appeals and human oversight of AI.
Open access, CC BY 4.0, publication schedule, preservation, metadata and public information.
Editorial process
OJS acknowledges the submission. Metadata, files, declarations, language, anonymization and formal requirements are checked.
An editor checks scope, originality, contribution, integrity and ethical conditions before deciding whether the manuscript proceeds to review.
At least two external specialists assess the manuscript without knowing the authors’ identity; additional reviewers may be invited when needed.
The responsible editor decides. Revisions, licences and metadata remain traceable; after acceptance, production and issue placement are prepared.
